Traffic! It’s the lifeblood of all websites. Getting traffic to a new site, or any site can be challenging. Traffic is so serious that traffic strategies exist, traffic courses and ebooks, and seminars just about getting web traffic. It’s a big deal guys. Traffic means visitors see your site and when visitors see your site, you get more popular and you make more money.
Did you know that Pinterest is a great source of web traffic?
Yes, Pinterest!
I discovered Pinterest as a traffic source with my first blog, I started learning about it a few months into blogging and when I did, I was convinced to give Tailwind a try.
What’s Tailwind?
Tailwind is a scheduling tool that lets you set a social sharing schedule. Set it and forget it, basically. It works with Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
I use Tailwind to schedule 100-200 pins daily to my Pinterest account. What does that do for me?
- I grow an average of 200-400 followers monthly with this new blog on Pinterest
- I get loads of traffic back to my blog (Psst..I’ve had almost 4,000 page views in less than a month in my first month!)
- I get to meet new people and connect (partnerships, collaborations, and all that good stuff)
Tailwind has a free trial, which is always cool. You get to test drive it and see if it’s a good fit for you, which, it totally will be! I spend an hour a week setting up my schedule and that’s it!
Check out my Tailwind tutorial below to get a feel for my scheduling routine as I walk you through Tailwind behind the scenes! Grab Tailwind here to see what all the buzz is about! What Pinterest tricks do you have?
Interesting 🙂 Thanks for sharing with us!
Thank you!
In your opinion is taliwind better than board booster and viraltag?
Hi Brittany,
I haven’t used viraltag personally, maybe someone else can comment on that one. But I love tailwind, I find it easy to use and in combination with board booster its brilliant. I think in the end it comes down to what you prefer. Check them out and see what you think. I have friends that swear by one and not the other so love to hear what works for you.
thanks fot the info
Thank you for the free Tailwind info. I am going to sign up and give it a try. I’m just starting my blog so I am very excited to see where this takes me.
