Quora is a question/answer site.  You can post a question on just about anything.  You get traffic on Quora by answering questions as an expert. Check out this video for a quick tour and overview of how I use Quora.

My Easy 4 Step Quora Strategy

Step 1: Register for your free account

Step 2: Complete your profile: Add your photo, write you bio description, fill out your educational background and work history (optional)

Step 4: Select an appropriate topic based on your niche and start answering questions

My Answer Routine

After I hit publish on my latest blog post, I go to  Quora and answer 5-10 questions related to my post topic.

IMPORTANT: I insert my blog url in my answer.  You can post the url in the contents of your answer, in your signature, or both.

And ghats it! Easy! It might seem a little too easy but it’s super effective and you will see results immediately.

    Cool trick. I like Quora, but it is a bit time consuming to find questions and then answer them and link to your blog posts! But it does work 🙂

      Thanks Elna. Yes, Quora is great. You’re right about it being time consuming. It can take some time to find good questions to reply to but I think the traffic worth it. I try to work on it during spare time too. Thanks for your comments 🙂

    I keep hearing that Quora is a great way to drive traffic. I have an account, but haven’t answered any questions yet. I might make that my goal for the day. How much traffic are you seeing from Quora?

      Hi Krista,

      My Quora traffic varies depending on how often I answer questions and which topics they are in. If you think of it as a tool to driving traffic to your site, you will see results. Just jump in and have some fun with it and test it. What is your Niche? that can also make a difference.
